The Hollywood directors' recognition for Affleck, however, is an awkward result for the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences, which failed to nominate him for Best Director in what is considered one of the biggest snubs of this year's Oscars. ... Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem expecting second child: reports  Saturday, Feb 02, 2013 02:39 PM PST LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Oscar-winning couple Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem are expecting their second child, according to U.S. media reports on Friday. The New York Post first reported Cruz's pregnancy, citing unidentified sources. Celebrity magazine Us Weekly and the website of television network E! said sources close to the couple confirmed the news.
